The TUSIAD Board of Directors has issued the following statement on the terrorist attack on soldiers in Hatay and the attack by Israel on an aid convoy. The statement reads as follows:
“We are deeply saddened by the terrorist attack targeting a unit of the naval base in Iskenderun, Hatay, which claimed the lives of 6 soldiers. We are extremely concerned about the increasing frequency and spread of such attacks and would like to reiterate our call for concrete steps in addressing the terror issue. We extend our heartfelt condolences to the families of those who lost their lives, and our best wishes to those who were injured for a speedy recovery.
